About the Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various facilities. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be key to maintaining high standards of facility performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the maintenance team, focusing on electrical and mechanical tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure they are followed effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with electrical and mechanical systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role or a similar position within facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering are highly desirable.
