Role: Maintenance Process Supervisor
Shift: Days Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Rate: $85,000 to $95,000 per annum
Location: Brantford
Please note you must have prior experience working in a similar role.

- Direction setting on daily plans; Centerline and Changeover
- Building process capability and control
- Providing feedback to design and lead smart standardization
- Leading change management and validation processes
- Benchmarking and replication of leading processes
- Collaborating with line leads and equipment owners to develop new standards
- Designing, maintaining and implementing systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
Qualifications
- Basic IWS high performance organization (HPO) training
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal collaboration skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Ability to present to small groups
- Strong technical skills, and ability to work with data and information
- Strong communication/coaching/training skills
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendations
