- Undertaking estates repairs
- Mix of response, planned and void works
- Laying appropriate ground works with concrete or tarmac to include dropped kerbs, ramps, driveways and paths.
- fencing repairs, slabbing replacements, drainage, ground works
- Would be ideal to have a knowledge of domestic / commercial maintenance
Requirements:
- C&G / NVQ qualified
- Full driving licence / Company van driving
- This is not a site based role and involves maintenance & repair work on smaller scales
