Our client is looking for dedicated Maintenance Fitters to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns
- Conduct inspections and adjustments of machines and equipment to maintain functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and reduce production stoppages.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing FMCG environment
- Australian Trade Qualification
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and can do attitude
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night shift options available)
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime if required
