Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across automated production systems
Lead planned maintenance activities to optimise equipment performance
Provide rapid breakdown response to minimise production downtime
Support improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities
Install and commission new equipment as part of ongoing site development
Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality standards
Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
Strong electrical skills with mechanical competency
Experience with PLCs and automated systems (advantageous)

Following a major site expansion, we're seeking a Multiskilled Shift Engineer to join our team at a market-leading UK manufacturer of premium construction solutions. You'll work within a team of six engineers, maintaining and improving cutting-edge production facilities that supply innovative products to projects nationwide.
