Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Static Site, Reading
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
On-call: 1 in 2 weeks

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a static site in Reading. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is running efficiently, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. As part of your duties, you will be involved in fault-finding, repairs, and general maintenance of the building's electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Perform reactive fault-finding and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members.
- Participate in a 1 in 2 on-call rota for emergency situations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred.
- Proven experience in a building services or facilities management environment.
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
