• Perform maintenance and repairs on carousel systems and pre cast moulds.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance solutions.
• Fabricate and weld components as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Trade certification as a Boilermaker.
• Proven experience in maintenance within a precast or manufacturing environment.
• Strong welding skills and familiarity with various welding techniques.
• Knowledge of carousel systems and mould maintenance is highly advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
