Position: Office and Mailroom Clerk
Employment Type: Contract (long term, ongoing)
Location: Mississauga, In Office (City Center)
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (M-F)
Salary: $22/hr
Start Date: July 2024

- Sorting incoming mail and packages
- Scanning cheques
- Organizing documents
- Maintain records and document verification via electronic and paper database
- Distribute mail to the appropriate department

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Administration experience in an Office Environment
- Experience working in an Insurance or Financial industry is an asset
- Experience handling cheques, scanning, and mailroom is a definite asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
