Here are some of the tasks you can expect:
- Compiling recipes and managing the baking process.
- Starting up your production line independently and ensuring the settings, monitoring and continuity of the installation.
- Skilfully assembling and dismantling the installation during product changes or at the end of your shift.
- Operating one or more machines with precision and skill.
- Thoroughly checking parameters and quality through sample collection.
- Monitoring the cleanliness and hygiene of the production line.
- In case of technical problems on the machines, providing first aid and calling in the help of experienced technicians if necessary, while working according to strict hygiene, safety and production regulations at all times.
- You have relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the food sector is a plus.
- Technical insight and smooth handling of machinery.
- A good knowledge of Dutch.
- You can work independently and are stress-resistant.
