As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality operation of a packaging line.
You ensure that production runs smoothly, perform quality checks, and make adjustments as needed.
Additionally, you will be the main contact for the line and support your fellow operators.
Your tasks:
- Operating, setting up, and changing over packaging machines.
- Troubleshooting minor issues and performing first-line maintenance.
- Performing quality checks, including OCT tests.
- Working according to established production and quality standards.
- Assisting with the start-up and shutdown of production.
- Coaching and supporting fellow operators.
