would manage a staff of 6-7 team members in Pune. This will be a working supervisor position.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
 Supervise, coordinate, and measure performance of direct reports, handling business priorities to ensure
organizational goals are achieved. Facilitate performance management, merit promotions, transfers, dismissals,
commendations, etc.
 Provide appropriate coaching and guidance to direct report to support their professional development.
 Ensure order management, planning & scheduling processes adhere to standard work expectations.
 Utilize defined KPIs to identify and drive continuous improvement activity in scope of responsibility.
 Ensure appropriate auditing is in place for inventory records, transactional and master data accuracy.
 Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth flow of materials and transactions, removing waste as needed to
shorten cycle times.
 Communicate and drive to resolve problems that impact customer service or attainment of financial targets.

Experience and Skills:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain within process industry.
 Minimum 2 years prior SAP user experience.
 Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
 Fluent in written and verbal English required.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Prior supervisory experience preferred.
 Prior demonstrated structured problem-solving experience preferred.
 Able to support work schedule that overlaps Western Europe and China time zones.
