KEY ACTIVITIES- Define and implement the local marketing strategic plan of the Maison in line with HQ orientations and market business specificities- Develop & roll-out an impactful local media & Public Relations strategy: digital, magazines & newspaper, social media, influencers & KOL, press releases distribution- Establish and maintain strong connection with key editors, press, opinion leaders as well as media agency- Enhance Brand activation to make the Maison visible in the market - Actively work with commercial team with business oriented mindset to activate / animate our boutique network (both internal and external boutique) - Brand event management: yearly schedule and monitor all events-related activities, from global and local partnerships, trade partners’ events, PR agencies’ activation, local HNWI connections to corporate events- Plan, manage and execute Brand’s Visual Merchandising for all channels, consistent with global Brand image standards, ensuring high qualitative visibility of the Brand- In collaboration with the Retail team, develop clienteling programs (CRM) and incredible client experiences for greater consumer retention and acquisition- Knowledgeable on market trends within the luxury industry, as well as consumers changing habits (coordinate market research with agencies)- Accountable for Marketing budget: manage budget allocation (conduct regular assessment on expenditure with ROI calculation)#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
- A proven track record of a similar position, preferably within the luxury industry (min. 5 years)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to share knowledge
- Willingness to develop the Brand and make some noise
- Action and results-driven
- Positive mindset, thinking out of the box, curious and team player
- Fluent in Japanese and English
