- Responsible as brand function for coordinating, steering and contributing to all GKL related Sales topics in the market in alignment with the respective internal departments towards Sales department and Management.- Responsible as brand function for achieving the overall objectives in terms of order intake, sales volume, profitability and other defined KPIs for the GKL portfolio across all sales channels (incl. corporate) towards Slaes department and Management. Shared targets with the respective Sales function.- Responsible as brand function for the market specific GKL Sales strategy, based on CBS and central framework, legal requirements and local market strategy as well as a consistent implementation based on market and customer needs, delivering a focused orchestration of all measures related to GKL Sales topics towards Management.- Responsible as brand function for the identification, prioritization, coordination and monitoring/performance measurement of all GKL Sales activities (incl. conquest) in order to ensure market exploitation in alignment with Sales function towards Management.- Responsible as brand function for implementation of GKL specific sales measures in the dealer network in order to achieve the agreed targets (in collaboration with the field force) towards Sales department.- Responsible for ensuring an adequate GKL specific CoR budget, sharing ideas and best-practices and performing regular reportings towards Management and the central GKL working team/steering board for all Sales related topics.Key accountability of the role:- Coordinates all related GKL Sales topics with other internal departments and delivers requirements to them: Corporate communication; sales planning and steering, sales areas / channels (incl. corporate); network planning, network performance, etc.- Acts as interface for all Sales related GKL relevant topics to the local management board and GKL steering board.- Analyzes the operating results, forecasts, competitor results and initiates appropriate actions and countermeasures to ensure target achievement in the market.- Analyzes sales funnel performance regularly and derives measures according to internal requirement- Acts as GKL ambassador towards the local dealer network for all Sales related topics.- Ensures market exploitation and contributing to dealer network performance through sales.

Work experience, Leadership experience:
- Over 5 years in Automotive or Luxury Industry
- Experience as project manager or leadership experience prioritized
- Experience in sales
Additional skills:
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Japanese and English)
- English proficiency (Business level, minimum TOEIC 900).
- High flexibility to work on multitask assignments.
- Ability to lead and guide co-workers within a matrix-type function.
- Ability to work goal oriented/independently.
