Cultivate and maintain significant relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
Focus exclusively on high-jewellery products, providing expert knowledge and guidance to clients.
Engage with clients through various activities, including lunches, tea meetings, dinners, and exclusive events, to strengthen connections and enhance loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales of high-jewellery products and exceed targets.

skills & experiences required.

Proven experience in luxury retail with a focus on high-value jewellery.
Strong customer base and exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with VIP clientele.
GIA or GG certification is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated history of outstanding performance in sales and client service.
