• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Advisors, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service
• Support sales initiatives and drive performance to meet and exceed store targets, with a strong emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Focus on high-jewellery products, providing expert guidance and support to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and maintain the store's luxurious ambiance

• Proven experience in luxury retail, with a background in jewellery preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
