Advantages
- Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours
- Hours: 7:30am start time
- 20$ hour to start, once pass probation, possible of salary increase

Once pass probation:
- 5% bonus of salary paid yearly

Responsibilities
Support the Terminal Operations with incoming and outgoing shipments by:
- Setting up appointments for truck arrivals
- Processing and preparing shipment documents (BOLs, Manifests, PODs)
- Review of documents regarding orders and ensuring accuracy, documenting any problems
- Data entry and billing duties
- Update clients on shipment status and answer to any inquiries (phones / emails)
- Verifying all orders at the dock, document any missing / damage freight
- Support with investigations on missing freight
- Administrative support when required
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (AS400, Microsoft Office)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to priortizie and multi-task
- A team player who is willing to give a helping hand where is needed
- Passionate about the transport industry and willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitudes
