Responsibilities
- Participate in the business development of the department
- Develop and manage the department budget.
- Maintain or develop good relations with our customers and carriers.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance monitoring.
- Implement and develop strategic plans for the trucking department to align with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- You are bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
- You have excellent knowledge of the 3PL trucking industry.
- 10 years experience in over-the-road shipments in 3PL/brokerage.
- You have leadership, project management and continuous improvement skills.
- You are comfortable with commercial development Financial planning and management, budgeting
