who are you

As a logistics employee you are available at least 3 days a week in 2 or 3 shifts. The shift times are 04:00 - 13:00, 15:00 - 24:00 and 21:00 - 06:00. It is important that you have your own transport to travel to Bidfood in Zierikzee. Furthermore, you can speak the English language or the Dutch language. You also have no problem picking products that weigh up to 40 kilos.

You have your own transport;
You are available for at least 3 days;
You speak Dutch or English;
You are available within a month;
You are available in 2 or 3 shifts.

what will you do

As a logistics employee you will get an important role in our logistics process. Your day starts with receiving instructions via your headset. Based on this, you collect products in the warehouse and place them on a rolling container. You then move the container with an order picking truck. It is important that everything stays cool. You therefore also work in a very cool room (between 7 degrees and below 0 degrees). You work accurately and ensure that the correct orders are ready for shipment.

Collecting orders via a voice picking system;
Moving goods with an order picking truck;
Preparing orders for shipment.

Bidfood is a leading wholesaler in the food service industry. The company supplies lots of fresh products. They currently have 16 companies spread across the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. You will work as a logistics employee at the Zierikzee location.

Surcharges for working in the cold:
Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius € 0.53 gross per hour worked.
Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius € 1.22 gross per hour worked.

Many extra surcharges;
Working via voice picking;
Working in two or three shifts.
