Responsibilities
The 3PL Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods for the accounts assigned to them:

- Assign loads to carriers, optimizing routes and ensuring cost-efficiency
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure reliable service
- Proactively address delays, route deviations, or other disruptions in transit
- Keep clients informed with regular updates on shipment status
- Maintain strong relationships with account assigned

Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination
- Familiarity with 3PL operations or brokerage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
