what will you do
As a Logistics Team Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily logistics operations, manage and motivate your team, and ensure processes run smoothly. Key tasks include planning, supervising staff, and maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.
- Managing the order pickers, for example, and ensuring the necessary conditions are in place for employees perform their work effectively.
- You coordinate the daily operations at the location.
- You are the first point of contact for warehouse staff when they have questions.
- You conduct progress meetings with warehouse employees and know how to motivate the team in the right way.
