• Freight damage assessment, claim communication and interaction with carriers when necessary.
• Unpackage boxes and check for damages.
• Check model and serial number to paperwork provided with the unit.
• List accessories received.
• Update IT logistics systems accordingly and print documents as needed.
• Perform other receiving.
• Moving material through areas, as needed; efficiently sort and manage incoming materials to assists in expediting to service or inventory locations.
Shipping:
• Verify units match to paperwork.
• Package and make sure accessories that are noted accompany the unit.
• Process shipping documents for DHL, Purolator, UPS and FedEx, electronically or manually, for domestic and international shipments.
• Update IT logistics systems accordingly and print document as needed.
