Responsibilities
- Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls
- Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries
- Act as liaison between customer and sales
- Update requests when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, including containers, trucks, and more.
- Track equipment usage
- Respond to equipment-related emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Based in or around Montreal
- Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
- Sales Force /CRM an asset
- Bilingual (French & English) an asset
