The job holder will be in charge of:

• manage the logistics and customs processes (import/export, bonded warehouse);

• manage customs documentation;

• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, controllership to ensure comprehensive customs compliance.

Operational skills:

• prior Experience in logistics and customs processes, import/export regulations and familiarity with customs documentation, with a focus on the management of Bonded Warehouse (DDP);

• capability to identify and resolve customs-related issues efficiently, ensuring smooth cross-border transactions;

• knowledge in warehouse transactions, processes and optimization;

• ability to analyze trade scenarios, assess compliance issues and provide solutions;

• meticulous attention to detail to capture deviations from standard processes.

Requirements:

• minimum 2 years prior professional work experience;

• STEM Degree may be advantageous;

• fluency in English (minimum B2 level); 

• familiarity with Microsoft Suite and ERPs;

• good knowledge of Oracle EBS Suite may be advantageous.

An initial fixed-term contract of one year is offered (temporary agency worker).
