Who are you as a successful candidate for the Logistic Support Coordinator role:
- Speak & write excellent English and have exceptional communication skills
- Well-organized and accurate approach to work
- Fast learner with good communication skills to easily connect with people from different backgrounds
- Being able to perform in a high tempo environment
- A (study) background in supply chain management is a plus, but not a requirement
what will you do
As Logistic Support Coordinator you will be:
- Provide information on the status of orders to internal colleagues in customer service, account management, and the courier department
- Work with the warehouse CS teams to resolve customer complaints around order fulfillment
- Manage order cancellations
- Support the Logistics team with other administrative tasks
where will you work
You will be working in a team of four people at a big international company in the city center of Amsterdam.
