The logistic site assistant provides support on the various administrative procedures related to the day-to-day management of a logistic warehouse. He or she takes care of the administrative management of the entry and exit of employees while playing an active role in the development of a good working climate. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement within the logistic administration department.
The logistics site assistant is responsible for managing administrative procedures, knows and uses professional software, know the HR and implements HR processes. We are looking for a person proactive and commited to countinuous improvement, a person who contributing to the team spirit and with excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
The Logistic Site Assistant has to:
- Assists management with administrative tasks to streamline decision-making and internal processes.
- Assists with daily HR activities, monitors HR procedures, tracks warehouse performance metrics, prepares reports, and suggests improvements.
- Supports change management initiatives.
- Oversees administrative procedures, maintains records, and advises employees on processes.
- Manages internal and external visitor reception, handles phone calls, and acts as a liaison between the site and headquarters.
- Handles agency orders and purchases, verifies invoices, and supports budget planning and forecasting.
- Ensures adherence to Quality, Safety, Security, and Environmental commitments, organizing the workplace per Good Quality Practices and 5S principles.
- Ensures safety compliance, responds to audits, and maintains adherence to established certifications.
Qualifications
The Logistic Site Assistant must have:
- At least 2 years of study in higher education or equivalent through experience.
- 1 year of professional experience in a similar position .
- Knowledge in the Office Suite
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in english (listening and speaking).
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (an asset)
