• Oversee a production line and lead a team of 3 to 5 employees.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining a structured workflow.
• Actively participate in production tasks alongside the team.
• Enforce safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in machine operations and industrial cleaning as required (3 days operating machinery, 2 days performing industrial cleaning).

Options for 2shift system: (early shift 5 AM - 1 PM, late shift 1PM - 9PM)

Option for fixed night shift: (9PM - 5 AM)

This is a temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance and evaluation.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team; prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Strong focus on order, cleanliness, and hygiene.
