- 4 weeks of Paid Vacation

- Monday - Friday scheduling ( Weekends off ! )
- Hybrid Work Style ( 3x in Office from Monday-Wednesday)
- Compensation towards transport on a Monthly basis

Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining insurance options to potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
- SELL SELL SELL
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
- Solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions
Qualifications
*** YOU MUST BE A LLQP LICENCE HOLDER TO BE COSIDERED FOR THE ROLE ***
- Experience in sales and KPIs
- Excellent English communication skills and active listening
- Emotional Intelligence and Empathy
- Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is required
- Strong computer/multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable
