In this position as a Life Claims Analyst, you will be responsible and manage high value and complex claims referred from either the Account Managers or the company's existing clients which are based globally across Asia, US and Europe region. You will be responsible for providing medical advice in terms of claims insurance adjudication, supported by the reinsurers’ Chief Medical Officer where appropriate and to make decisions and recommendations on complex medical claims/high value claims (including Controlled Claims referred by Partners), within the delegated authority. skills and experience required

• 4+ years of experience handling life/health/medical related claims
• Ability to understand basic/simple medication terms, medica procedure and names of common medicine
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance markets
• Good written and communication skills for effective claims handling toward all stakeholders
• Ability to make good judgement and claims decision
