An internship with Randstad offers a unique learning experience with experienced lawyers in an international setting. This is a great opportunity for recent university law graduates or students to acquire practical experience in the life of an in-house lawyer. The internship will see you exposed to various functions of the Legal Department as well as coaching/mentoring sessions regarding your potential career path as a lawyer in practice or inhouse.

This Internship Programme is aimed at a 3 month duration. However, we can be flexible to accommodate longer or shorter durations on a case-to-case basis.
key accountabilities of the role include:
Conducting legal research on matters for our Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong businesses;
Assist in the preparation & review of commercial contracts and related documents;
Support legal compliance activities and processes of the Legal function;
Researching and reviewing new legislation and regulations that are applicable to our businesses in the region;
Assist with the legal administration matters and general requirements of the business including maintaining a central repository of contractual documentation for recordkeeping purposes;
Support digitalisation of the legal function projects;
Record minutes of meetings and circulating same;
Assist with preparing legal training materials and communications; and
Carry out such additional duties as may reasonably be required by the legal team from time to time.

Requirements:
Current law or a recent law school graduate or awaiting CLP examination or results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
