Provide legal advice across the Group's businesses.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements, such as finance, insurance, licensing, employment, property sales, and supply contracts.
Ensure advertising and marketing materials comply with legal requirements.
Serve as the liaison for legal and contractual matters with government entities, bankers, customers, contractors, and external solicitors to ensure legal compliance and manage risks.
Collaborate with other departments, providing counsel on various legal issues, actions taken, and assessing risks and exposures related to measures implemented by the Group.

about the requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
At least 5 years of legal experience either in a law firm or in-house
Must have experience in Land Law, HDA, and Strata Management Act
Exposure in M&A and fund structures preferred
Experienced in working with various government agencies and departments related to property development and construction
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
