Our client is a renowned MNC with a strong presence in APAC. They are seeking a commercial lawyer to handle all contractual matters in APAC.


Responsibilities:

● Advise senior stakeholders of various business division on legal and compliance matters in APAC;
● Review and draft legal documents and contracts including T&C, vendor agreements, customer issues, and other agreements such as service provider, software licensing and non-disclosure agreements.;
● Prepare documentation for the maintenance and/or formation (if any) of corporate entities;
● Draft corporate resolutions and related documents;
● Respond to request from internal auditors and/or external auditors; and handling legal billing and managing legal budget.


Qualifications:

● Qualified in HK or Australia
● Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in MNC or international law firms
● Ability to draft contracts and legal responses
● Ability to provide competent legal advice on a wide range of legal and compliance issues
● Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; able to compose and edit correspondence in a professional manner
