Job responsibilities:

- Provide support on all legal matters, identify and advise on legal, commercial and compliance risks.
- Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Handle a wide range of global disputes, including commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration.
- Formulate dispute resolution strategies in line with business needs in various jurisdictions.
- Keep abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the company.
- Liaise with external legal counsel.
Job requirements:
- Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions qualified lawyer.
- At least 3 years of post qualified experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Extensive background in Litigation.
- Team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
