[Legal]The Legal & Compliance Specialist is responsible for handling legal consultations within the company, reviewing contracts, and supporting various projects that assist the business.[Compliance]This position is expected to have knowledge of managing and operating internal compliance programs. It involves leading internal regulatory audits while collaborating across departments and strengthening the organization's compliance framework through initiatives such as e-learning training. The role requires understanding complex issues within the organization and contributing to the establishment of a system that ensures business operations are conducted in accordance with the law.[External Affairs]You will also be responsible for obtaining and managing the necessary licenses for our business operations, as well as building relationships with government agencies and self-regulatory organizations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice to various internal stakeholders to support the business.Draft and review contracts.Manage permits and licenses required under the Installment Sales Act, including building strong relationships with government agencies to maintain relevant approvals.Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports to government agencies, the Japan Credit Association, and other industry organizations.Conduct internal regulatory audits throughout the year and handle on-site inspections by government agencies.Manage internal compliance training programs.Handle other legal and compliance-related projects as needed.#LI-KN
