about the job
- Conduct market research on current market demands, industry trends, competitive pricing, and local market sentiments.
- Develop a feasible sales and leasing plan for the company's residential property portfolio to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, marketing, property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Lead and provide guidance to the leasing department with the goal of achieving targets for the company's residential property portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with agents, prospects, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Manage the negotiation and execution of leases and contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborate with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements.
- Develop and manage leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the property.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in property leasing and/or sales, with a proven track record
- Driven, ambitious, and assertive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
