job requirement
- Msc / Degree / Diploma in estate management / building / finance / business / accounting or equivalent
- Experience in real estate reporting and financial analysis
- Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- IT-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior working knowledge of real estate practices and documents will be a plus
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Able to start work immediately or within short period notice
