This is a fabulous opportunity for a learning support worker that enjoys working on a 1:1, and small group basis with individuals. The number 1 specialist school local to you is looking for an Specialist learning support worker for a full time, permanent role (all year round). Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient and committed to making learning accessible to young people and adults with severe and complex learning difficulties. This award winning setting currently supports 45 learners between the ages of 19-45 years. This centre offers incredible training courses completely free of charge with time in your working day to complete all necessary aspects. The centre in question boasts brilliant grounds, outstanding resources and outdoor learning spaces. You would join a committed team and would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant and practical curriculum that meets the needs of the individual. This is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed. This role is needed on a part time basis a minimum 3-4 days a week. The role is required Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (Must be able to provide references)
