In this pivotal role, you will provide individualized and group support to students, with a special focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support with SEND.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.
- Understand and accommodate different children's needs and learning styles.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
- 2 recent professional references
- Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
- Previous experience working with SEND students is essential.
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
- Demonstrated ability in behavior management strategies.
- Excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques.
- Understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
