As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Moderate scope: role will be focused on the development and execution of learning resources and strategies.
The senior learning specialist will work closely with the ProSCE (Product Sustainability and Claims Enablement) project team to ensure training aligns with the program’s strategy and plans
Colaborate with change management resources supporting other programs that ProSCE impacts
Enable delivery of training resources within the Supply Chain Strategy projects in support of a major process and technology programs
Build training documents and maintain accuracy as changes occur
Utilize innovative techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention
Measure and monitor training effectiveness
Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners
Plan and deliver functional training to support the success of the ProSCE program and its workstreams
Develop any required training materials, and learning modules
Develop and facilitate both classroom training and virtual instructor led sessions
Integrate relevant content into existing training
Measure and monitor training effectiveness
Leverage our internal LMS ‘lululemonU’ for learning plans when appropriate
Practice agility in maintenance of training resources to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project
Collaborate with other learning and change management leads on the Supply Chain Programs – Change and Learning team
Qualifications
BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or Education
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment
