They are known for their cutting-edge research and development in oncology and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced learning manager to join their dynamic team in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs for the sales and marketing teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop engaging curricula, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. ■Requirements
・University degree
・At least 5 years of experience in sales management, marketing, or sales training within the pharmaceutical industry.
・Experience in the oncology therapeutic area is essential.
・Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
・Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and negotiation.
・Experience in learning program design and training is preferred.
・Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
