Roles and Responsibility:- Engage with stakeholders to finalise and prioritise learning interventions based on the expected business outcomes- Designing learning programs along with evaluating the programs considering Learner Experience, Learner Behaviour, Learning application@workplace and Learning Impact along with assessments, and feedback tools.- Identifying and orienting subject matter experts (SMEs) and engaging them for learning sessions- Training & Facilitation of learning programs for tenured employees and managing new hire learning journeys- Working with internal talents on upskilling post-identification of IDP’s- Handle logistics for learning sessions, and manage post-learning engagement.- Engage in managing the e-learning platforms and their adoption.- Utilise L&D dashboards, this role will track and showcase learning metrics, visually represent data for stakeholders and share insights on learning behaviour- Showcasing the return on application and learning impact through success stories and recognizing top learners.Preferred Job Competencies:- Recruitment ExperienceBehavioural Competencies:- Passion to Perform- Learning agility- Process Driven & Structured approach- Stakeholder management/ account management skills- Strong Communication Skills:(Oral & Written)- Presence & Impact- Presentation SkillsQualifications:Graduate/Post GraduateExperience:7 - 12 years
