Responsibilities
- Develop and execute learning strategies and programs tailored to business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and create customized solutions
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs
- Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
- Manage budgets and resources for learning and development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Certification in instructional design, adult education, or a related area is an asset
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
