As a Lean Process Improvement Consultant (Supply Chain & Operational Excellence), you will lead complex improvement projects within the supply chain and implement Lean methodologies. Your role will involve optimizing processes, building capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage the Fast Track Qualifying process: Ensure reliable supply and prevent shortages by addressing deviations in the standard flow for product release.
Analyze and optimize the local value chain: Collect, connect, and analyze data from various systems, such as SAP Release Processing Environment (SAP-RPE), Operations Management Planning (OMP), electronic laboratory information systems (eLIMS), and quality control software. Apply statistical methods to identify and implement improvements.
Lead improvement projects: Use Lean methodologies and process mapping techniques like Value Stream Mapping to resolve bottlenecks and enhance processes.
Execute Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS): Build organizational problem-solving capabilities and facilitate complex analyses using advanced techniques such as RATIO and Kepner Tregoe.
Foster a culture of excellence: Coach and mentor new leaders and project managers in Lean tools and methodologies.

Critically analyze business processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Train and mentor teams in Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and problem-solving techniques.
Develop expertise in data science and the application of statistical methods.
Lead and support change initiatives, including Business Process Management (BPM).
