I have a one year fixed term contract for a Lead Technical Business Analyst in the finance sector. You will be coordinating the analysis and design of systems and processes according to customer requirements to improve business efficiency and productivity. You will be working with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. ...

This role is based in Wellington for a global organisation and you will be leading and working with a team of specialists based here and abroad.

Duties

Manage the full process of eliciting requirements
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Be the liaison between business units and technology and support teams
Lead the team to ensure process improvement, systems quality and efficiency
Work closely with others in the delivery team

Knowledge and Experience

Senior Business Analyst experience
Excellent analytical, research and presentation skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Knowledge and experience of the payments industry
Knowledge and experience in cards schemes e.g. visa, mastercard
Understanding of data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems
