I am working with a leading, and rapidly growing FM service provider in their hunt for a competent lead shift engineer to work in one of their critical trophy buildings in London
Duties
- Writing HV switching schedules
- Overseeing the HV switching to be carried out on designated shift pattern
- Drafting RAMS
- Authorising works completed by shift technicians
- Delegating tasks/PPMs to a team of 4 shift technicians
- Issuing permits to work
- Organising contractors
- Overseeing overhauls/shutdowns
- Liaising and reporting directly to the building manager in weekly review meetings
- Presenting results/findings to senior personnel, internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Min. 10 years hands-on maintenance experience in building services
- Min. 5 years High voltage maintenance experience in commercial building
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- High Voltage Authorised Person

- Salary up to £54k per annum + bags of overtime available
