Job Purpose:To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force, fostering a customer-centric approach and increasing competitiveness by implementing strategies that anticipate future market changes.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analysis of industry, market, and internal operations to optimize the sales strategy, improving execution and business impact.Identify and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) that maximize business impact through detailed analysis, proposing improvements to management, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve a future-oriented commercial model.Design and lead the development of a comprehensive, customer-centric sales strategy, including an OMNI approach, ensuring seamless integration across functions.Build and lead a communication strategy to enhance sales force impact and efficiency, effectively managing interactions with management, business units, commercial excellence teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proven data analysis skills, capable of utilizing various methods to derive quantitative conclusions from multifaceted data.
Strong logical thinking ability to systematically identify and prioritize business issues using appropriate business frameworks.
Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication skills, capable of professional information gathering, collaboration, high-level stakeholder discussions, and constructive negotiations (PSS, DiSC, etc.).
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, with a TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent, and the ability to communicate smoothly in English for business purposes.
Knowledge and experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), especially in salesforce analysis.
Familiarity with data analysis methods, business frameworks, and business models, with a futuristic outlook for the pharmaceutical and other industries.
Over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Analytical skills with over 3 years of experience as an analyst.
People development skills, including effective mentoring and succession planning.
