We are looking for a Lead Professional Inline Marketing to join the Nike team! You are responsible for developing and implementing seasonless retail marketing initiatives across Nike's inline fleet for NSP and NSO doors.
It is a temporary role till the end of November 2025 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

what will you do
In this role you are responsible for developing and implementing seasonless retail marketing initiatives across Nike's inline fleet for NSP and NSO doors. Implements and influences best practices of brand & business opportunities to improve processes and WOW. Main focus areas are 365 In-store rollouts e.g signage, essential zones and commercial moments e.g. traffic driving initiatives & retail moments.
- Implement EMEA adaptation of Global programming & flawless execution;
- Actively provide or seek feedback Global/ Geo/ City regarding alignment for Inline in responsible areas;
- Work back with external agency on More Tool running according to plan;
- Partner up with Inline Merchandising, Allocation, Retail Design, CxFOP, Global stakeholders to lead and execute 365 in-store destinations;
- Own the alignment between Business and Retail Moments Brand regarding Commercial Moments. Collaborate with NSO and NSP partners on a fluid roll-out process of 365 initiatives;
- Lead & Implement consumer centric retail marketing channel strategies aligned with business priorities.
