● Lead a backend team of 2-3 members in the payment project, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web3 applications based on Node.js and Go.
● Apply and understand blockchain technology deeply, especially in areas of multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration.
● Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and enhance user experience.
● Explore and evaluate new technologies, providing guidance to the team to ensure we leverage cutting-edge technologies.
● Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
● Write clear, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews.
● Solve technical challenges to improve system performance and reliability.
skills and requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. ● Min 5 years of experience in backend development, including at least 2 years of experience with Node.js and Go.
● Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
● Experience or thorough understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, including but not limited to Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.
● Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.
● Strong team leadership and project management skills.
● Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
● Hands-on project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields.
● Relevant experience in Web2 payments, finance, Web3 payments, staking, and subscription services.
● In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and security.
● Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in related tech communities.
• Chinese speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders who can only speak and write in Chinese.
