Pozíció leírása / Job description- Serve as the primary contact for payment processes.
- Provide expert guidance on P2P processes, policies, and systems.
- Lead process improvement projects (PPI) as assigned.
- Implement and maintain accounts payable systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Resolve payment-related queries and issues promptly.
- Manage disbursement processes, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Collaborate with P2P and finance teams in GBS to drive process improvements.
- Develop and implement SOPs for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality customer service levels internally and externally.
- Oversee payment runs, master data, query management, and VAT/TAX payment accuracy.
- Support migration projects by standardizing and integrating tasks into harmonized processes.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of all payment methods for root cause analysis and process improvements
