1. Responsibility 01 - Develop learning strategy and plans - Use knowledge of the organisational strategy and operating plans to anticipate evolving and future capability and talent requirements and identify key organisational risks;Work with leadership colleagues to ensure alignment of the learning strategy with overall people and organisation strategy.2. Responsibility 02 - Design solutions - Collaborate internally and externally to lead innovative design of critical learning interventions and programmes across the organisation; Lead the design of a development infrastructure, including career paths/maps, capability frameworks, technical ladders for each technical discipline and contribution level.3. Responsibility 03 - Delivery - Facilitate internal learning events and workshops, delivering content as appropriate; Lead the learning and talent agenda to inspire creation of a culture that encourages individual and organisational learning.4. Responsibility 04 - Talent Management - Partner leadership colleagues to develop leaders and embed systematic processes to manage identified talent.5. Responsibility 05 - Evaluate Learning Impact - Champion the business case for learning and talent investment, and continually check to ensure the learning strategy, third party contracts and infrastructure is flexible to the evolving organisation environment; Manage thirdparty learning and talent development suppliers against agreed standards, contracts or service-level agreements

Key Experiences
More than 5 years in the Learning & Development field;
3 or more years in Retail Management and/or Retail role;
Experience in facilitation and exposure to instructional design work
Education
Degree in any main or multi-disciplinary fields related to Human Resources Management, Education, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Development
