They focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous innovation, empowering employees to contribute meaningfully to the company's goals.■ Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Launch Excellence Sr. Manager ensures successful product launches in Japan by overseeing cross-functional and global-local coordination, with planning that starts up to three years in advance. This role emphasizes streamlined launch processes, optimizing customer engagement, access, and policy strategies. Additionally, the manager enhances future launch readiness through standardized resources and expertise in launch planning.■ Main tasks include but are not limited to:・Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches, managing project preparations across departments (e.g., regulatory, IP, legal, supply, marketing, access, medical) up to three years in advance.・Serve as a liaison to the Global Asset Team, collaborating with global and local medical teams on early engagement plans, patient access pathways, and local data requirements to expedite access.・Ensure a smooth handoff of knowledge to therapeutic area marketing teams upon commercialization approval.・Develop expertise in launch planning across therapeutic areas, encouraging the use of global tools like the Digital Launch Planning Platform (DLPP) to standardize launch activities.・Document and implement best practices to support the standardization and centralization of launch excellence within the team.・Assist the Launch Excellence (LX) Lead in managing the LX Team, coaching secondment colleagues, and aligning with global launch teams for shared best practices.・Provide training and mentorship to secondment colleagues across therapeutic areas to foster launch excellence.#LI-Hybrid

■ Required Experience and Competencies
- Extensive experience in Japanese pharmaceutical product launches.
- Professional background in one or more of the following:
- Marketing experience at the brand manager level or above.
- Medical experience at the medical manager level or above.
- Project management experience in clinical development or strategic consulting.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
■ Desired Experience and Competencies
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Proven success in a cross-functional, global organizational setting.
- Agile and adaptable mindset, open-minded and inclusive communicator.
